We offer a selection of fresh frozen meats, fish, and gourmet products, delivered directly to your home. Our products are subject to availability. All images are for illustrative purposes only.
2. Delivery areas
We currently only deliver to Quebec , New Brunswick and Ontario .
Delivery is free and carried out by us , with our refrigerated truck. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to schedule delivery.
3. Delivery time
Delivery is typically made within 2 to 5 business days of your order, depending on your location. We will contact you by phone or email to confirm the date and time.
4. Payment
Online payments are secure through our Shopify platform. We accept the following payment methods:

5. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products , no returns or exchanges are accepted.

A partial or full refund may be granted depending on the situation.

Frencky Meats and Fish is committed to offering quality products, delivered in the best possible conditions. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused after delivery.
