I am Frencky Simard-Michaud , founder and entrepreneur from Baie-Comeau, a beautiful region of Quebec where you can find quality seafood. This may be where my appetite for quality food comes from!
When gastronomy rhymes with accessibility
It all started over 10 years ago, when I decided to turn my passion for fresh, tasty products into a business. From the beginning, my goal was clear: to offer Quebec families exceptional quality meat, fish and seafood products, delivered directly to their homes.
With my van and a strong vision, I began traveling the roads of Quebec to talk about my idea and my business and personally deliver each order. Word of mouth played a key role in our growth, and quickly, Frencky Viandes & Poissons became a trusted name for gourmet products in the province.
